‘Philip’ the pheasant .. an occasional garden visitor - too big to get onto the bird table, but not too proud to wander around underneath, and eat whatever the finches and tits have dropped. |

Peter rabbit (and kin). Unwelcome vandals who eat the vegetables, flowers, hedges, and even (as here) the roses. Not even smart enough to know they are not supposed to come out by day. |

Some smaller and more welcome garden visitors in the snows of Feb 2007. Two gold finches and two green finches, but one of the latter is camera shy.
